Gujarat, Congress retains power in Diu municipal council,bjp loose.In a big boost to the Congress ahead of the Assembly elections, the party managed to retain power in Diu municipal council by sweeping 10 of the 13 seats in the civic body while the Bhartiya Janta Party could manage only 3 seats.
